Is anyone else concerned of the fact that what generally happens prior to the dividends being released you will see major downward pressure on prices, then what will occur is heavy buying by institutions and funds followed by a major upswing in price post dividend (weeks not days or days). What you will see is they receive both the dividend and then a major capital gain as well. Look at most companies and their charts around dividend dates. They say we can't short sell otherwise we will be considered traders and be taxed on 100% of the profit yet I don't think they are taxed on their "trading" at 100%. It's a do as I say not as I do kind of arrangement. Anyway, it's something you can take advantage of
