On another note, I think Bell's submission to NICC by 31st July will be a confidential affair. We will only hear about NICC's decision once they peruse Bell's report privately. They have provisioned until 30th Sept. for that.
However considering Bell Inquiry was held publicly, the report on 31st July should also be released to the public. Any thoughts?
