big assumption/ The higher pay in these kind of companies the less responsibility in most cases. SP gets wrecked, shareholders (retail) lose money, What punishment do they get for that? Nothing they walk away after receving fat pay paychecks. It will be freinds and pals getting cushy jobs jsut to get fat packets for doing bare minimum.
