It feels like we're in a cult here.
Best get on with business. Why should the company waste money on legal fees, when we can use the money to grow profits, initiate a buy-back with said profits (if the SP is abnormally low) or dividends, and make any shorting strategy lose money directly?
KCN is not abnormally shorted anyhow.
If the price is manipulated down in your perspective, then congratulations, you can buy in cheap and gain a greater dividend yield from future profits.
