i was as excited as you are probably when i had similar situation when a bill was introduced with around 100 plus cosponsor signature from both the sides (i can't see any cosponsor on this one) but it never went through and all excitement end-up like a dream as one after another excuse came out on what is stopping bill to get through !
anyways, i have seen many of this in past so i don't hold breath on this things.. ! particularly when us political system going through election in five month time.
