I thought Bell Financial's 2018 acquisition of the remaining shares of TPP that it didn't already own was kinda interesting. Somewhat similiar to Selfwealth in ballpark terms, with Selfwealth having more users (129k vs 117k) but less sponsored holdings ($10.1b vs $15b). Bell valued the whole thing at $85m vs Selfwealth's $29m market cap (or $17m enterprise value).
