Juquia, it's been a while since I checked but I believe it's not too far from Sigma Lithium Grota Do Cirilo and Latins Salinas Project. Decent land holding too.
Short term SH value will come from Coda, next week will be big. Minimum 100% increase on the announcement in my opinion. That's on the basis that results are equal to or better than historical results and that our MC has been smashed so low beyond fair value.
Eric did mention that it's difficult to explain the methodology on CC and why they are following the current process. He said that it may confuse people and he's not wrong.
At this juncture, i'd prefer we focus our efforts on Coda
