Can someone explain how this happens? Their operating income LTM is -10.5M, their net interest expense is 500K, so a total loss for LTM of $11M.
Now they have 3.3 M from this sale and 4.2 M Cash in bank.
Do they keep issuing equity? Who will underwrite this? No one is going to give them any more debt options.
Looking for a path forward. What is it?
