The link you provided is from the Mt Gibson website and is the regular quarterly audio conference call on Wednesday 17th July.
The following day on the 18th July, Peter presented at the Noosa Mining Conference, the video presentation of which can be found on the Noosa Mining Conference website.
These are two entirely separate presentations.
It is in the presentation Peter did at Noosa on 18th that he spoke of the share price being at cash backing of 38 cents which Peter stated reflects zero value for KI. Peter then added his focus is to put value into KI that will be reflected in the SP.
