DFL, I think your reading of the offer is correct. I'd go further and say, if you merely want to buy the head shares at the current price 4.9 cents, then as long as BNR have your purchase on their books by Tuesday, you will participate in the offer. Anyway, that is my reading of it.
It also looks to me that the current listed options are toast, unless the appeal is successful soon and BNR shares go on a bit of a run up, something of a long shot in my humble opinion.
