Funding is NOT secured. Its a term sheet. It means now you can APPLY for funding. And then EXIM will do its due dilligence and work out if its a profitable venture. And in THIS current Graphite market thats going to be very hard to show it can be profitable.
So just be careful on announcing "funding secured" because its nowhere near secured.
