“The company hired Goldman Sachs last year to find either a customer for the Kachi project or an investor, a process that had been set to finish by December. That now likely will bleed into at least 2025, he said.”
OR THIS…
“Dickson hired Goldman Sachs to find a worthwhile customer or investor for Kachi last year and says it is taking longer than anticipated.”
The press run multiple articles, but LKE were silent.
ASX missed this…and surely it was “material”.
