I think the only thing Trump will do is remove the Federal Tax Credit of $7500 for certain EVs (that don't have Chinese made batteries).
Not a fan of Trump but i don't think it will have that much of a material impact on EVs there.
From various other articles i have read, the rest of the IRA (Inflation Reduction Act) and the Infrastructure Bill that was passed under Biden are very hard to un-do and because a lot of it benefits many red states for in-flight projects.
