Totally Agree. The demo plant won't generate any profit, the revenue is expected to cover the operational cost( once they produce ingots). It's job is to confirm that the hydromet process works well. We still have no figures on extraction efficiency, purity and throughput.
Re accountability, A letter went to the Board with a list of questions - one of them was why he was not on performance based pay. He gets his remuneration irrespective of whether Milestones are met on time, late or not at all. This needs to be rectified.
Needless to say, we never got a response to the letter.
