Spot on. Many talking as if we are a sure thing. If we were so certain, perhaps we would have been approached by now?? We are far from a sure thing and an early takeover (of a reasonable amount) lets BP take all the risk, and not shareholders. Upfront amount with milestone payments is the way in my opinion.
There is still a greater than even chance this does not produce the same results in a phase 2.
