    So Prof Mthuli Ncube (Finance, Economic Development and Investment Promotion Minister) is set to deliver this to wider parliament on the 25th.

    Does anyone here have knowledge of how Zim budgets work?

    Are we likely to see changes to royalties for minerals or the introduction of (what to us is major but to Zim is just a paragraph)?

    aka should I be hanging my hopes and dreams on an announcement on the 25th?
