Chile copper mines rattled by 7.4 magnitude earthquake yesterday may cause some setbacks re production as they were right in the epicentre. One would think there would at least be a slowdown to check on a lot of potential safety checks at the very least. Still very disappointed with the impact such a nice announcement had on the SP but I’m thinking there are forces behind the scenes keeping the SP low by those wanting to get a bigger piece, I think Cumulous are on as corporate advisors for about another 2-3 months could be having an impact as well. With 2.5x spending budget compared to the MC over 5 years still sounds crazy undervalued and if drilling builds a large resource over the coming year or 3 then 40% of that resource will be worth a hell lot more than $6m and then take into account the predicted copper deficit skies the limit. Can’t help but think S32 may have some interest in the uranium potential as well.
