It's not a wild question Both China and Russia have fears of a Trump presidency, maybe followed by Vance. He has already promised a tariff wall against China and at present a vast amount of their manufactures are going to the US. He is likely to bring an iron fist, along with some sweeteners, to get Putin out of much of Ukraine and the offset is he will promise Russia, that if they get back across rhe Dnieper, he will fraw down on sending arms to Ukraine. He wants to be seen as the friendly but powerful peacemaker.
