I think you really only need to look back at Trump's last term and you can see that he made progress in the ME with his Abraham Accords, bringing in a period of peace. He is trusted by many in that area. In Europe v Russia, a lot of leaders fear he is not anti-Russia enough and that he might not be supportive enough militarily and they're probably jusrified in that, because his whole motivation is about making deals rather than a state of armed standoff.
