That's my major concern, the mixed messaging given by ECT just continues.
One announcement gives the impression that St Rizzo is getting serious, abandoning the failed legacy projects and ECT is now going to concentrate on fertiliser production.
The next just goes back to clinging onto COLDry and that Bacchus Marsh will be the same research/trial/pilot plant as before that went nowhere.
