My point is the balance between we can spend billions the billions more in a few years to replace the current short term battery tech or for less have 50-100 year of nuclear power.

Tesla Megapacks may last 15 year or even a bit longer with 10- 20 or so less capacity!

On the other hand many 50 year old or longer live spans for recators is very common.
