Do you know why the numbers for the collection agencies are so much higher? They mention that they are dealing with more credit reference agencies but this doesn't seem to be the cause.

It looks to me like a good year, but I have not attempted to look into what the competition is doing. I assume that is what our management do and they have been at this a long time.

Agree it is frustrating to edit, but appreciate your input I found if it times out on me I can simply copy the text as it is into a new post (or reply to same the message) and then continue to edit the new post. You can do this as often as you need, without limit. After that I request the Mod to delete the redundant post. I figure if enough people do this the mods will support push for the change to be approved, by those who pay the bills, to the 3 minute limit as you describe it.

I assume the mods are volunteers, and thank them for their efforts. This won't work well when their are frequent posts being made on a politics forum for example but should be OK on a slow traffic thread like CCP.
