tbf Hamas was the initial aggressor, not the Palestinian or Gazan people. but the Israeli response has been 100x more destructive, deliberately so, more murderous of innocents, more barbaric in their strategies.
imo both sides are guilty of war crimes and crimes against humanity. both Hamas and Israeli leaders need to be tried fairly in the ICC.
