    Yes another red flag for this company. Directors with no skin in the game.

    It's always good to know your director is not just working for the big bucks they grant themselves. I doubt their interests are solely for the shareholder.

    Imagine a company where the director had purchased 100% of his shares on market

    Not here of course!
