I'd doubt whether JMS will ever get full control of Tshipi. Must be remembered that OMH did the original deal in the Tshipi development and has no intention of selling.
OMH management have stated this.
There is an opportunity for JMS to take a stake in the Mokola Mn mine.
Brad Rogers is now aware of this.
"Major investment banks are expecting Glencore to put up for sale its South African ferroalloy assets—its joint-venture ferrochrome and chrome ore assets possibly including Merafe’s 21.5% share and its chrome trailing retreatment plant (PGM recovery); its 74% interest in Rhovan vanadium mine and smelter; and its 49% interest in the Mokola manganese mine."
