Not a very interesting AGM but not many are.The usual excuses for lack of share price performance and it's very hard to do business in KAZ were starting to wear a little thin, The only thing that stoped me from ringing my broker during the meeting and selling was an address by Alastar Beardsall. He represents Waterford Petroleum on the board and what abreath of fresh air. He spoke exceptionaly well and I feel gained the respect of those share holders present. Waterford had done their research and felt that JPR were strugling to make headway perhaps through lack of local knowledge and inadequate funding. Both of these now addressed Waterford are now not looking for a % return but for multiples of their 2.7c entry.
They come with a very good track record and now have 26% of the company which I consider a good thing.
