Why not release the detail of the buy in price. I’m not sure why this could not have been included in the LOI. Other non binding offers indicate what the offer amount is. What am I missing here.
The only thing I can think of is that the price for the other $130m has not been agreed on so they don’t want to upset some that are paying more or less than the others.
any thoughts on why the non disclosure of buy in price?
