Just take a look at the LinkedIn of one Jackie Fairley the former CEO of Starpharma (SPL)
An impressive list of organisation appointed her to various position all the while under her stewardship SPL provided opaque updates on program progress, the share price capitulated from a high of circa $2.40 (on the potential of a anti covid nasal spray that she couldn't even get TGA approval for) to a current price sub 10c.
With gushing praise from the Chair Rob Thomas Fairley walks off into "retirement" after 17year leaving a company "dead in the water" with most of the much touted programs being de-prioritised or scrapped.
