"the ALP as the more money they put in to households with wanting all to have solar,". .... so are you now leaving the federal Labs? it s the state govts that enable PVAs on residential properties. and States have now put forward a loan structure to assist homeowners to install batteries.

The CEFC is helping give consumers the power to control their own energy systems, with access to smart technology solutions so they can orchestrate the way their solar panels, home batteries, EV chargers, air conditioning and hot water systems and more use energy.

The $50 million CEFC loan commitment will see Intellihub – Australia’s largest provider of smart metering devices – ramp up the deployment of its smart meters and also lift investment in smart behind the meter (BTM) devices.

the CEFC is a QANGO. they are separate from govt. they provide commercial grade loans to investor companies providing energy production and now also management for homeowners to manage their electricity consumption more efficiently. they do much more than provide smart meters: https://www.intellihub.com.au
