I disagee.
LLL will continue to provide transitional support (paid for by Ganfeng), and Ganfeng will manage the project regardless of whether the transaction is accepted. Given how this has been commercially structured, I believe Ganfeng has already factored in this scenario. Unless I'm misunderstanding something, I still believe resolutions 4 and 5 should be voted against.
