You’re actually very high on my suspicion list @Beton2 for being linked to the company in some form.
I am happy to be called a down-ramper in this stock - I wasn’t always - I had the wool pulled over my eyes with this company in the past - and was fortunate enough to get some of my money back (at a significant loss) when they came out of suspension.
I am happy to point out the “rinse and repeat” tactics that this company (and pretty much all associated with T Sage) perform. Their Modus Operandi seems to be “dilution is the solution” - always at the shareholders expense.
I encourage everyone do your own research into the list of T Sage companies and the IMO “questionable” dealings associated.
I will continue to advise others to check, clarify and be aware before investing - and will highlight the issues I see with announcements and the way management are running the company…… either “for the good of fellow man” as you suggest - or through my bitterness of losing $$ on this company - will let you decide on that - and am happy with your outcome either way - but I do like to think its the first.
