Pricing vs cost curves absolutely matters, especially when one examines developers and those who are not “supported” by their govt or similar entities who are playing the long long game and have more “ammo” to crush the competition.
Also, supply is only one side of the equation. Demand is continuing to increase, so even with no supply cuts, the balance shifts over time.
How many juniors are having funding thrown at them at the moment..? Not many afaict, so many “planned” projects are simply not happening (yet?).
