Bnl still have a chance to come up with some positive outcomes although I have to agree, things are not happening or not fast enough anyway.
They do have an extensive landholding,but how much longer for?
I mean when do the leases run out and how much is it to renew?
Surely this would be factored in to the current sp,maybe this is the bottom but who knows.
It certainly would inspire a bit of confidence for directors to buy some now but tbh I haven't seen them buy any on market at all that I can remember anyway, although in the past they have been able to raise cash relatively easy.
Let's just hope there is some good news soon
