Hi Rusty and Ark,

There maybe a difference of opinion on the deposit and what to do next, but we are all on the same team.

We are all wanting to maximise SH value ,and I understand the previous BOD never did that.

The new BOD ,have only been there for a short while ,and I agree Ark, that I think they have plenty of targets already.

The deposit could be much bigger than we know ,but my thinking is this:

We are a microcap explorer, and not a big heavyweight miner like RIO ,or BHP, therefore cash and cashflow are the life blood of a
small company like VMS.

Ark, you are correct in that that $12M cash is precious .Unlike the big boys who can do several things at the sametime ,like develop and explore,
we cannot.
Getting some cash in the bank by a DSO operation seems logical to me ,and not being as savvy in this area Rusty ,I defer to you.

Would a large deposit like this have easy areas to dig up and DSO, like shallow, low strip ratio, good mets in some patches ,that can put money in the bank
and then explore later to grow the MRE?

You guys are on another level in this play ,but we are all SH ,and on the same team !
