A few other things to ask, if it has considerable soil depth and over a much larger area will drilling even be required to prove a resource in hard rock, if they can prove 2 or 3 million tonnes of soil at 1 or 2% it should be considered to mine and even toll treat to get a couple of billion dollars in the bank and fund further exploration.
