Yes MMX does have problems and deservedly so, the market knows that amongst other things the trial judge said < > MMX must account to CHM for the profit on the 25% of Jacks Hills acquisition funds it stole from CHM or repay the capital plus interest on that amount, well that's a no brainer but while many MMX holders are kidding themselves that all MMX is up for is a small payment based on a compound interest formula, CHM have a team of forensic accountants currently working out what MMX are really up for and MMX know it so it's no wonder they're in no hurry to announced the true value of the Jacks Hill resource.
Don't forget everything known about a share is reflected in its price but hey what do I know I'm not a professional, I'm just a mug punter.
