    Im a word No i think small caps have topped as per my previous chart.

    You can see where I expected the small cap index to fail and the updated chart highlights it did exactly that.

    I'm not 100 percent sure the internal wave structure is complete but I'm starting to accumulate shorts at this level as it's highly unlikely it can break out of this monthly channel.
