just curious.
do political persuasions GENERALLY dictate the ideal of who should be head of state.
plenty of arguments for and against this during that poor excuse for a referendum a few years ago. turnbull & costello on the republicans side, and howard a true royalist - just as an example.
do we need a head of state over and above the prime minister ? (pls no discussion on the whitlam/fraser/kerr era)
