It's not about "celebrating" a sale worth a few hundred grand. They didn't do it for cash flow or that a buyer had finally shown up. This is a strategic sale and while it doesn't commit anyone to anything beyond one contract, it's evidence that the big picture is not about waving carrots in front of unsuspecting investors. They got the right kind of offer from the right kind of customer/client/potential strategic partner and are proceeding on that basis. There may be others with other parties but this is no small cheese.
