One of the main question remains their capital management : difficult to understand why they do not do any share buyback, while they have a large net cash position, regular and large free cash flow and limited opportunities to open new stores.
Reminder of what they said in Feb 24 : "we are in a strong position to maintain dividend, pursue organic or M&A growth, or consider capital management options" (slide 12 of half year results).
What they added during their conf call : the board wants to maintain strong cash for 6-12 months.
If nothing happens, we will consider capital management options.
