Hang on... Are you serious Jack?? They can reduced the price that Simon is on record as saying can not be renegotiated & everything was binding, agreement wise, bar one document if I remember correctly???
I do hope this is incorrect, as if it is true then what are we actually voting on if we don't have a binding purchase price??
