That non-holders have no fear or greed is true. But that does not exclude the possibility that some have envy, which is a another of the significant biases.
While what some non-holders are sharing is valuable (some TA chartists are an example), it is hard to know and differentiate, when people who are presumably not affected by an event, start putting huge amounts of effort into warning and dissuading others from participating?
