Hydrogen as a energy fuel is a dead concept. Anyone with energy experience knows this now. Ammonia is some chance but Hydrogen none. Its too expensive and too volatile to transport and store. Green hydrogen has to be found under its customers plant and blue hydrogen is not a cleaner alternative to cheaper options available today.
Anyway sprouting hydrogen these days is doing so purely from a self interest standpoint.
