I see. Well in that case (no gold company is going to take that deal) our BOD need to ask lawyers to wind up the Jersey shelf company that (nominally) owns the share of Morilla SA.
Shouldn't be hard to find a legal/accounting professional in Jersey willing to write that Morilla SA holding to zero.
Once they do that Firefinch don't own jack....and we can all move on.
