    With all the constant talk of "tier 1", it could very well be YN Chemical and it would make sense why they wouldn't specify them now by name as they're a tiny company (4 employees, $1-10m revenue).

    First it's ATL, then it's YN Chemical (maybe). Definitely far from tier 1's being interested in our product.

    One can only hope CATL takes notice via ATL. That would be me clutching at straws though.
