RCR is in the West Arunta region where the market has associate it with Nb, although most of them were listed for IOCG.
Also that the market don't give a xxxx about IOCG, but when you mentioned the word "Niobium" + "West Arunta"...

I post this earlier that from the first new Avalon gravity target announcement, they've said "The new Avalon target is one of the best bullseye targets for carbonatite-Nb-REE or IOCG mineralisation styles that we have seen in the West Arunta region", and all the subsequent updates they've also mentioned about Nb-REE and IOCG potential at Avalon target, but then when drilling commence they don't mention "IOCG" anymore, so how did they know this is Nb-REE when they first told us that the new Avalon target is best target for Nb-REE and IOCG mineralisation, or just follow the hype?

they can't release any Avalon drilling results unless they announce Pokali first.
