There is an announcement that stated once the 48hrs of throughput was achieved, Jinpeng had agreed to keep some specialists on during ramp up. I’m not wasting my time going through all of the announcements to prove you are the one being misleading.
It is likely Jinpeng have agreed to not ramp up to 48hrs of throughput and are focused on the quality coming out not the quantity at this stage. It’s easier to dial it in running 50% capacity then trying to do it at 100% capacity
