Higgins selling French getaway, page-51

I don't think it's ok to call someone a liar but I don't think it warrants the involvement of the state and a bevy of lawyers. Does anyone seriously care if Reynolds thinks Higgins is a liar or if Higgins thinks Reynolds is disloyal? I'd like to see the judge find in Reynolds favour, award her 5 cents in damages, and have the pair of them pay their lawyers $1 million each for their squabble over a 5 cent judgment. Perhaps Australia might then cease to be the defamation capital of the world.
