The majority bond holder will support the covenant waiver extension to 20 August 2024 and has agreed to a deferral of the interest payment with respect to the ICO Bonds to 20 August 2024.

IMO Management still have the support of major stakeholders and have been given another life-line to finalise a deal/government funds to keep the lights on. Strategic value at play and no one wants to see JRV fail. Broader industry news turning positive for Cobalt price recovery. Wouldn't rule out a white night or opportunistic hedge fund bid to come our way, hopefully current holders are able to also maintain exposure and still benefit from the eventual recovery.
Would be good to hear from any industry insiders with knowledge of possible suiters/those kicking the tires...
