These court cases don't even include success in the NORTHERN END..!

The ruling did not include the northern portion of Manono that contains the 173-million-tonne lithium resource and a lot of the existing project infrastructure.

That part of the project was purportedly dealt out to the Zijin-Cominiere pairing and the ICSID was loathe to deal with that portion on an interim basis, given the third-party (Zijin) involvement. However, it will still do so in the final analysis.
